Terms of attendance

These terms apply to classroom instruction offered by Service Craftpoint Academy at 125 Samsen Rd., Wat Sam Phra Ya, Phra Nakorn, Bangkok, 10200, and to private journal review booked through the same desk. English is the language of instruction unless the desk agrees otherwise in writing.

What we provide

We provide a seat in a hall or at a table, printed chart packs when advertised for that sitting, and instructor time as described on each sitting page. We do not provide brokerage access, order routing, managed accounts, software licences, or recorded video curricula.

Booking

A request sent through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed seat. Confirmation happens when the Phra Nakorn desk replies and you accept the date. Listed prices are informational. Settlement is arranged in Bangkok after confirmation; this site does not process payments.

Conduct in the hall

Guests may photograph their own markup. Do not photograph other guests or their journals without consent. Recording of instructors is not permitted. We may ask a guest to leave, without a scene, if behaviour prevents others from working.

No advisory relationship

Chart examples used in class are historical or anonymised teaching material. Nothing said in the hall is a recommendation to place an order. You remain responsible for any decisions you make after you leave Samsen Road.

Intellectual notes

Printed packs remain yours to keep. They may not be reproduced as a competing seminar. Faculty may reuse anonymised teaching examples in later sittings.

Changes to sittings

If an instructor is ill or the building is closed, we offer a new date or a refund according to the refund page. We do not move a sitting to an online-only format without your written agreement.
