Privacy

Service Craftpoint Academy collects only what we need to seat a guest, run a sitting, and answer the desk telephone. We do not sell lists. We do not run advertising networks on this site.

What we hold

Enquiry forms may include your name, email, optional telephone number, chosen sitting, and the note you write. If you join mentorship, we hold the journal scans you send for the duration of the four sittings and a short period after, so the last notes can be finished.

Why

We use this information to confirm dates, prepare printed packs with the correct name on the cover sheet, telephone you from Bangkok, and keep a simple attendance list for the hall. Cookie preferences, if you choose to save them, stay in your browser under a brand-prefixed key and are described on the cookies page.

Where

The desk is in Phra Nakorn, Thailand. Form submissions on this static site are posted to a mock acknowledgement file for demonstration of the form; in production the same fields would be read only by Academy staff. Do not send passwords or brokerage credentials.

How long

Enquiry notes are kept until the relevant sitting has passed, then deleted within ninety days unless Thai bookkeeping rules require a longer payment record after a fee is settled in person. Mentorship scans are deleted within thirty days after the fourth sitting unless you ask us to return them first.

Children

The hall is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
